I initiated the plae blue dot programme for primary schools at LMU with the aim of encouraging children's interest in science as well as a global sense of togetherness and responsibility for the world around them.
We all need these skills to help make our world a better place.
Cecilia Scorza-Lesch is an astrophysicist and coordinator for educational and public relations work at the Faculty of Physics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. She is the initiator and developer of the programme and is testing the materials in various pilot projects.
