Starting with a festive kick-off event on 20 November 2023, the first teacher training course for the Pale Blue Dot programme for primary schools in Gars am Inn took place from 20 to 22 November. The programme was officially launched at the ceremony with festive musical accompaniment. Mr Ingo Krüger from the "Bayerische Sparkassenstiftung" then inaugurated the "Pale Blue Dot workshop", where the Pale Blue Dot will have its home from now on.

In the days that followed, teachers from all over Bavaria familiarised themselves with the modules and materials of the Pale Blue Dot programme. Thanks to the kind support of the "Bayerische Sparkassenstiftung" , we were able to present the participants of the training programme with their own "Pale Blue Dot boxes". In an evening craft session, the teachers themselves completed the planet and moon models for the boxes.
